Our Founder

With a foot in both worlds , law and wellness , Brie brings a rare perspective on what it truly takes to thrive in high-performance environments.

A registered yoga teacher, fitness enthusiast, and long-time meditation, mindfulness and breathwork practitioner, she has spent 15 years practicing law, including six years at an AmLaw 100 firm.

Having navigated her own challenges, from anxiety and burnout to pregnancy loss and divorce, she understands the realities of demanding careers and the courage and tenacity it takes to find balance within them.

This blend of professional rigor and personal insight gained from lived experience iis what makes Practicing Wellness different: grounded in experience, guided by empathy, and built to help others create sustainable success in work and life.
